Parker-Hannifin Elects Directors as Record Fiscal 2026 Sales Top $20B

Parker-Hannifin (NYSE:PH) shareholders elected nine directors, approved the company’s executive compensation on an advisory basis and ratified Deloitte & Touche LLP as its independent auditor for fiscal 2027 at the company’s 2026 annual meeting.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jenny Parmentier said the preliminary results showed that all nine director nominees were elected to one-year terms expiring at the 2027 annual meeting. The elected directors are Denise Russell Fleming, Lance Fritz, Linda Harty, Parmentier, Jean Savage, Laura Thompson, James Verrier, Jim Wainscott and Beth Wozniak.

Shareholders also approved the compensation of Parker’s named executive officers in a non-binding vote and ratified the appointment of Deloitte & Touche as the company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027.

Joe Leonti, Parker’s executive vice president, general counsel and secretary, said more than 112 million shares, representing over 88% of the company’s issued and outstanding common stock, were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting. He said Parker will file final voting results in a Form 8-K after the inspector of election certifies the final report.

Leadership Changes

Parmentier recognized two departing Parker leaders during the meeting. Berend Bracht, vice president and president of the Motion Systems Group, plans to retire at the end of the calendar year following a 35-year career in industrial manufacturing, including the last eight years at Parker.

“He has been an outstanding leader for us, and we are grateful for the many positive impacts he has had on our team members and our business,” Parmentier said.

The company also marked the retirement of director Kevin Lobo, who had served on Parker’s board since July 2013. Parmentier said Lobo’s leadership, expertise and support had been instrumental to the company’s success during his tenure.

Fiscal 2026 Performance and Portfolio Actions

In comments following the formal meeting, Parmentier said Parker delivered record performance in fiscal 2026. She said the company achieved its safest year ever, exceeded $20 billion in sales for the first time, and surpassed its fiscal 2029 adjusted segment operating margin target three years ahead of schedule.

Parmentier attributed the results to execution of the company’s Win Strategy, ongoing portfolio transformation, its decentralized operating structure, interconnected technologies and customer relationships.

She also cited several acquisitions intended to expand the company’s technology offerings:

  • Parker acquired Curtis Instruments in September 2025, expanding its electrification capabilities.
  • In May 2026, the company announced a pending acquisition of CIRCOR’s commercial and defense aerospace business, which Parmentier said would add complementary flight-critical capabilities.
  • In August 2026, Parker completed its acquisition of Filtration Group Corporation, expanding its proprietary filtration technology offering.

“We are well-positioned to continue creating value through the strength of our business system, our engineering expertise, our broad and interconnected technology portfolio, and the dedication of our team members,” Parmentier said.

Parker said it will provide an update on first-quarter fiscal 2027 performance during its next earnings webcast, scheduled for Nov. 5, 2026, at 11 a.m. Eastern Time.
