Why it matters

Revenue rose about 65% year over year, and liquidity of about $463 million is roughly 28 times 9M revenue. That gives SEALSQ time to fund post-quantum and secure-element work while the business is still small.

OptimistFi's case is that SEALSQ works only if it turns post-quantum and IoT-security demand into repeat production design wins before burn overwhelms the story. This filing supports that view with higher revenue and a validated product, but the filing says the figures are management estimates and the pipeline still faces conversion risk.

The company said post-quantum product lines should become a more important part of revenue in 2027 and beyond as customers finish technical integration and move into volume production.

What's next

SEALSQ expects Q4 2026 revenue of $11 million to $20 million, compared with $8.4 million in Q4 2025. It said the quarter should benefit from the commercial ramp of the FIPS 140-3 Level 3 validated VaultIC408 in government and critical-infrastructure programs. First QVault TPM183 design-win shipments remain subject to customer qualification, and the company also expects continued growth in recurring PKI and certificate-management revenue.

The company targets a QS7001 V1 Common Criteria Hardware Evaluation Test Report in October 2026 and a V2 full post-quantum report in January 2027. TCG certification is targeted for February 2027 for TPM183 and May 2027 for TPM185, and engineering samples for VaultIC409 are planned for Q2 2027. Results near the top of the Q4 range and more product validation would support the case, while delays or a miss would weaken it.
