Why it matters
OptimistFi's case is mixed because the filing trims Tejada's direct stake, but it also shows a sale made under a prearranged trading plan. OptimistFi's calculation puts the 107,000-share sale at about 6.4% of Tejada's pre-trade holding of 1,670,251 shares.
The strongest caveat is the Rule 10b5-1 plan, because the filing ties the trade to a prior instruction. Tejada still held 1,563,251 shares after it. The reported price range was narrow, from $15.00 to $15.25, around the weighted average. That makes the filing more useful as a stake update than as a read on PagerDuty's operating performance or cash flow. Tejada's remaining stake keeps the filing from looking like an exit.
The sale is therefore more relevant for ownership tracking than for any read-through on operations.

What's next
The next quarterly report is the next dated check on whether PagerDuty's subscription base is still converting into durable cash flow. A stronger report would support OptimistFi's case, while a weaker one would leave this sale looking routine.
Until then, Tejada remains a large holder after a sale made under a standing plan. The next report will matter most for the cash-flow part of the thesis. If operating cash flow improves, the sale will look routine. If it weakens, the planned sale sits beside a less supportive backdrop.
