What happened
On Oct. 23, 2026, House of Doge Inc. (NASDAQ: HODO) said it agreed to acquire McQueen Labs Inc.'s tokenization platform and credit assets. The company said the deal supports its push into tokenized yield vaults and tokenized alternative investments.
House of Doge said it is still examining financing alternatives to support growth and tokenization plans. It expects to file a proxy statement soon for an annual meeting that will include a reverse-split proposal.
Marco Margiotta and Charles Park resigned effective Oct. 22, 2026. Curt Hopkins, CEO of McQueen Labs, was named interim CEO and CFO. The release says the acquisition begins a broader shift toward tokenized alternative investments and on-chain yield.
House of Doge said it will seek stockholder approval for the reverse split at that meeting. The company said the new vaults are designed to accept tokenized credit assets as collateral and open new ways to access yield from income-producing alternative investments. It also said the acquisition supports a broader focus on tokenized credit, sports investments and yield-oriented products.

Why it matters
OptimistFi's case is that House of Doge is an option on turning Dogecoin affinity into a finance-services business. This filing extends that bet with McQueen Labs' platform and credit assets.
The release says the tokenized real-world asset market is about $51 billion, with private credit at roughly 44% of that market. But House of Doge is still examining financing alternatives, so the setup remains mixed.

What's next
House of Doge expects to file a proxy statement soon for its annual meeting of stockholders. That filing will include a reverse-split proposal.
If stockholders approve it, the company can move ahead with that capital-structure step. If not, it stays pending.
The company said it will announce further details on the corporate rebrand, share consolidation and other strategic initiatives separately. The reverse-split proposal is the main vote to watch. The proxy filing is the next scheduled update.
